GCC Staff Nurse, Medical officer & Other Jobs Job profile and Salary details

The posts are purely on a temporary basis on contract for 11 months. The candidate shall not claim any rights for permanency in the jobs. The jobs will be within the Chennai city Urban Health Mission Society and not directly with the Greater Chennai corporations. The selected candidates need to sign an agreement with Chennai city's urban health mission. The selected candidates will get pay of Rs.8,500 - Rs. 60,000 per month

• The posts are purely on contract bases
• The candidates appointed are liable to be posted within the Chennai city Urban Health Mission Society and not directly with the Greater Chennai corporations
• Original certificates are required to be brought along, at the time of appearing for the walk-in-interview for verification purposes only
• The company is not responsible for returning any original copies/ Copies of certificates/ Testimonials submitted with the application
• Evidence of Tamil Eligibility (10th or 12th standard marks)
• Community certificate issued by the revenue department 
• In the case of a differently abled person, a certificate from a government medical officer to the effect that the candidate is fit enough to discharge the duties assigned along with the percentage of disability 
• Certificate of character and conduct issued by a Group-A or Group-B officer working in government
• The certificate should be a recent one issued within 3 months prior to the notification

• Certificate evidence for work experience from any other health worker institutions
• Certified evidence for work experience during the COVID-19 pandemic in government institutions from a competent authority

• Any other special records of significance from competent authorities as indicated in the selection criteria mentioned
