The selected candidates will get a stipend of Rs. 54,200 per month. The selected candidates will work as Assistant Managers. The candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in banks and the financial service & Insurance sector. Experience should be full-time and as a permanent employee (Experience below 06 years in any organization will not be reckoned).

How to apply for IDBI Junior Manager Jobs 2023 - Check in detail step by step process

• Candidates can apply online only from February 17th, 2023 to February 28, 2023. Application in any other mode will not be accepted
• First, the candidates have to go to the official website of the IDBI recruitment jobs
• Before going to apply the candidate should have a Valid Personal email-Id and mobile number, which should be kept active to fill the competition of recruitment process
• Only one application should be submitted by the candidate. In case of multiple applications, only the latest valid application will be accepted and the application fee/ intimation charges paid for the multiple registrations 
• Please note that all the particulars mentioned in the online application include the name of the candidate, category, date of birth, address, mobile number, Email-id, and center of examination. etc will be considered as final and no change/ modifications will be allowed after submission of the online application form
• Candidates are hence advised to fill out the online application form with the almost care as no correspondence regarding the change will be entertained

• A provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen.
• Candidates should be quoted for all future communications and passwords. An email and SMA indicating the provisional registration number and password will also be sent
• In case the candidate is unable to complete the application form in the online application form and modify the same if requires
• Candidates are advised to carefully fill and verify the details filled in the online application themselves as no rectification will be possible/ entertained after clicking the complete registration button
• The Name of the candidate or his/ her father/ husband etc. should be spelled correctly and should be similar in the application form as it appears in the certificated/ Mark sheets/ ID proofs. 
• Any change or alteration found may disqualify the candidates
• Candidates are advised to validate their details and save the application by clicking the validate your details and save and Next button
• Candidates can proceed to upload photos, signatures, and Thumb impressions should be upload
• Candidates can proceed to fill in other details in the application form
• Click on the preview tab to preview and verify the entire application form before completing a registration button
• Modify details, if required, and click on the complete registration button only after verifying and ensuring that the photograph, signature, declarations uploaded, and other details filled in by you are correct
• Click on the payment tab and process for payment
• The application fee payment can be made by diet cards (Rupay/ Visa/ Master card/Maestro), credit cards, internet banking, IMPS, cash cards/ Mobile wallets. etc
• Choose the payment mode online and click on the submit button
• No Changes are permitted in payment mode once chosen
• On successful completion of the transaction, a receipt will be generated
• Recheck the application form and click on the submit button
• After registering online candidates that the signature uploaded is clearly visible
• download the application form for further future reference
